Nicholas has had over 10 years experience in personal injury law, during this time Nicholas has also had significant experience in general litigation including claims under the trade practices act and claims involving unusual areas of law (ie actions for damages for malicious prosecution and misfeasance in public office). He has had experience in managing claims involving the construction industry, various public and government authorities, the health industry and transport industry. Nicholas also has very sound negotiation and advocacy skills and appears regularly at Workcover, the District Court of Western Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
