Denise has practised almost exclusively in insurance law since 1998, having defended many workers’ compensation and personal injury, public and general liability claims on behalf of various insurers and insureds over that time.
Denise has provided advice and defended claims made pursuant to various State and Federal legislation. She has provided advice on all aspects of claims made under the legislation specified In addition she has provided extensive advice on common law actions, and the law of torts generally. She has provided advice on indemnity, liability, contribution from third parties and assessment of damages. She has also provided advice on policy interpretation, policy indemnity and all insurance related issues.
