Knowledge and Experience
Felicity has had over 13 years experience in insurance law. She has had experience working for both Plaintiff and Defendants and coordinates the Motor Vehicle Personal Injury department at WHL Legal Pty Ltd. Felicity also has experience as an advocate at the District Court in interlocutory hearings for motor vehicle claims. She has also assisted in numerous trials particularly in the area of motor vehicle claims, by preparing trial briefs and assisting our in-house Counsel at trials.
