Knowledge and Experience

John-Paul has practised in the area of insurance law almost exclusively since commencing articles in 1992. He therefore has almost 17 years of experience in acting for insurers, self-insureds and insureds, in the defence of workers’ compensation claims, employers’ indemnity claims, public and product liability claims, property damage claims and others. He has represented insurers and insureds in complex indemnity disputes and also acted in pursuit of recovery on behalf of insureds and self-insureds.
